Pingin bikin siomay bandung ceritanya, tapi nggak ada labu siam. Jadi labu siamnya aku skip aja. Sagu tani juga habis, jadi aku ganti pake tepung tapioka yang tinggal sedikit. Jadi supaya nggak terlalu encer aku nggak pake telur sama sekali.

Resep Siomay ala Evi:
A:
330 gr fish paste
300 gr chicken mince
2 small shallots (grind until smooth)
2 clove garlic (grind until smooth)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
salt
1/2 tbs white sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
25 gr tapioka starch
B:
1 Bittermelon
1 Fried Tofu
1/2 packet of wonton skin
C:
1 packet of gado-gado or pecel dressing add 150 cc hot water as direction on the packet.
a good dash of Kecap manis
Method:
Mix A ingredients all together, and add sugar, salt, pepper to taste.
Fill tofu, bittermelon and wonton skin with filling. Steam.
Serve:
Put some siomay, bittermelon, and tofu on the plate. Pour the pecel/gado-gado instant dressing and kecap manis on top. If you like you can add sambal or chilli sauce. Enjoy. Yummm yummm
